Synopsis

The chapter introduces a brutal system where characters are judged and either leveled up with new skills or disappear after 'synthesis.' A new character, revealed to be a fellow 'Pick Me Up' player with game knowledge, guides others to increase their chances of survival. Despite the harsh conditions and constant disappearances, a group starts to train and use their skills to improve their chances, focusing on effective team combinations. The system’s cruel logic of sacrificing the weak is made apparent as those who cannot keep up are removed.
