Synopsis

The chapter opens with the antagonist mocking the protagonist's defeat. Despite having lost his main forces, facilities, and a flying ship, the protagonist remains confident. He refuses assistance and secretly prepares to use a barely functional ship for a solo expedition, aiming to return to where they came from. His subordinates are aware of the risks but ultimately support his decision while keeping it a secret.
