Synopsis

A mage father, desperate to save his daughter from a terminal illness, resorts to a dangerous forbidden technique involving black quartz and vampiric power. This results in him draining the blood of an entire city, causing widespread chaos and fear. The father is driven by a need to resurrect and recover power even at a terrible cost. A hero emerges at the end, declaring his intent to stop the mage's rampage.
