Synopsis

After being spied on, the group decides to investigate the city, particularly the slums, to find the vampire. They observe that the city is unnaturally quiet, with a heavy patrol presence. The group notes that the poor seem to have vanished from the slums and that the vampire's role is not certain, questioning their initial assumption of them being enemies. This leads them to consider if the vampire and the Count are actually working together.
