Synopsis

The chapter opens with the protagonist attempting to find the largest organization dealing with smuggling and the black market, discovering it is 'Golden Owl' controlled by the Marquis. They learn about secret contact methods of organizations, then uses their skills to bypass the fake entrance to a meeting. The protagonist confronts a disguised executive of 'Golden Owl' for information about Lubena and the Marquis, learning it's a dangerous 'sinkhole'. The chapter ends with mercenaries discussing Lubena and a rumor of a 'vampire' haunting the streets at night.
