Synopsis

After defeating Leon in a duel, the protagonist declares his intention to leave the academy and embark on a journey as an adventurer, receiving a recommendation letter in place of his graduation. Leon's defeat leaves him shocked, though his companion Chloe encourages the protagonist to give him some tough love for future growth. The protagonist reflects on how meeting Elcid and becoming the chosen hero has helped him overcome his inferiority complex, and asserts that he now aims to become a special hero driven by his own ambitions, including fame and wealth.
