Synopsis

Barg introduces himself and asks to be treated as an equal, revealing a past connection. The chapter reveals that a potential war with desert nomads and dimensional beastmen is not accidental, but intentionally orchestrated by their enemies to spill blood. The group decides to prepare and then travel to the desert to fight them, while sending a hero ahead to try and persuade them. They make camp for the night, with Ellahan preparing a meal, but a mysterious eye is spotted.
