Synopsis

Gallonde, a renowned mercenary known as "The Wind", is corrupted by a demonic sword, causing him to lose control and attack others with enhanced strength and pain immunity. A group of merchants and mercenaries are overwhelmed by his power until the protagonist appears, swiftly disarms him by making the sword vanish. The chapter ends with the protagonist revealing familiarity with demonic swords and a plan to investigate the incident further, recognizing Gallonde as a crucial witness.
