Synopsis

The chapter focuses on teams navigating a tower floor with a time limit, dealing with monsters and the risk of elimination. One team, led by Haoran, is revealed to be strategically focused on ranking high, manipulating their members and planning to eliminate rivals at the stairs. Another team, observing Haoran's group, decides to take them down using the Gnol's howling to their advantage, ultimately revealing this plan as a trap. The chapter ends with a sudden realization that this has been a trap when howls sound and the teams have to evacuate to safe spaces.
