Synopsis

The chapter delves into a complex theory called the 'disconnected film theory,' explaining that the Yuseung from the future (the catastrophe) exists on a different timeline or 'film' than the current Yuseung, making their fates independent. The group arrives at their destination where Yuseung unexpectedly undergoes a transformation, entering a trance and manifesting immense power. She then tames an Ichthyosaur, and even summons a significantly larger sea monster to transport the group across the river, suggesting a massive increase in her abilities.
