Synopsis

The chapter focuses on Jeong Huiwon's mental state, revealing she's under the influence of a 'thought infection' and reliving intense trauma from the Geumho Station incident. The group realizes her ability to reason is gone, making her a danger to herself and potentially others. Lee Hyunsung, despite his own pain and limitations, is determined to protect them while the group tries to figure out how to counter the current situation. They consider both killing the source of the problem, Nirvana, and resolving Jeong's trauma, ultimately deciding to tackle the latter, as it's the only feasible option.
