Synopsis

The chapter focuses on a meeting of faction leaders, identified as "Kings," who are discussing the upcoming sixth scenario. A newly introduced character, the president of Yequido, attempts to apply democratic principles, but this is quickly dismissed as they discover a limit on scenario participants. This restriction fuels a power struggle as each leader strives to gain an advantage by sending more of their own. The chapter concludes with the reveal that the final 'king' has not arrived and that the meeting is ultimately a struggle for control of the next scenario.
