Synopsis

An assassin, formerly a shadow for the prince, recounts his harsh upbringing as a tool for vengeance and his resulting hatred for the empire, making him reluctant to help. Meanwhile, a message reveals that a rare 'Kroban rock' may cure a character's curse, causing her to urgently seek it despite her other responsibilities. This leads to internal conflict and a desire to prioritize her personal well-being.
