Synopsis

Reinelle attends a banquet where she's introduced despite not being officially married to the Emperor, drawing attention and suspicion from nobles, some of whom are actively trying to undermine her position. A personal struggle arises when she realizes she doesn't like how her crow feathers are perceived in the context of formal wear, forcing her to confront the mechanics of her transformations and find a solution. Reinelle also starts to learn noble customs, receiving support and encouragement, finally feeling a sense of belonging within this world. She ends the chapter preparing for the banquet with newfound confidence.
