Synopsis

After a near-death experience, Reinelle is rescued and recovers at a knight's residence under the care of a physician. He awakens to find himself in the body of a bird, initially causing confusion, but is cared for nonetheless. He thanks and promises loyalty to his savior, while also humorously lamenting the bizarre situation he finds himself in. The chapter ends with Reinelle vowing to never abandon his rescuer.
