Synopsis

Reinelle's condition is worsening; her life force is fading, causing her spirit companion to weaken as well. The only options proposed to save her involve forbidden magic or demonic power, both requiring countless sacrifices, with the 'voluntary' sacrifices for the heavenly realm being especially difficult. Despite the dire circumstances and lack of precedent, everyone is determined to find a method to save her. Reinelle herself gives words of encouragement, leading the king to command that no matter what they must save her.
