Synopsis

Following a successful quarantine, the chapter introduces a new problem, 'dungeon sickness,' which is made worse by the recent reverse dungeon flow. It's revealed that traces of dungeon creatures, particularly orc poop, are spreading the sickness. This creates an environment that weakens people and makes them vulnerable to a new infectious disease. The chapter ends with a call to action to combat the disease utilizing Evan's knowledge to create medicine and control the outbreak.
