Synopsis

The chapter opens with the protagonist utilizing a subspace bag and evolving his skeleton summon with the help of a newly acquired codex. He then engages in a tense negotiation, trading the Page of Sloth for valuable corpses, including a Fairy Queen and a Tiger King. During this, he reveals to Lucia and a sage his belief that necromancy is the pursuit of immortality for loved ones, before finally making his way back towards the academy after dodging some suspicion.
