Synopsis

After brutally injuring a student from the Poison Sect, a main character must find a way to save the victim, who is poisoned from his own imploding poison energy. He and others concoct an antidote, while his actions draw scrutiny from the Academy deputy and the Poison Sect, resulting in disciplinary actions including the loss of a vital examination badge and five days in solitary confinement. He reflects on the nature of the Demonic Cult and his own actions, realizing the need for more than brute strength and that the consequences are not yet over.
