Synopsis

The chapter starts with a discussion revealing the Heavenly Demon Divine Cult's strength being the real reason behind the non-aggression treaty, not fear of the Royal Military. An official of the Royal Family is then pursued by the Illusory Sword Clan, poisoned, and brought to the brink of death. Despite an attempt to use energy purification, the severity of the poison is too extreme. It's ultimately revealed that pressure points were sealed to accelerate the poison spread, suggesting a hidden enemy within the Orthodox Faction.
