Synopsis

Lady Seok, after ordering the assassination of Mok Gyeongwoon by a shaman, successfully acquires the secret manual. However, this victory is short-lived as her actions are exposed by a member of the Phoenix Pavilion who reveals she manipulated the situation. Consequently, the Outer Hall Master commands Lady Seok's arrest, while the character absorbing demonic energy fights against it through connection with a beast. The chapter ends with the person absorbing the energy now creating an energy core.
