Synopsis

The chapter focuses on two main threads. First, the protagonist departs from his allies, stating he has something urgent to do, despite orders to stay put. Meanwhile, world leaders convene to discuss global monster threats but become entangled in their own nationalistic agendas, ignoring warnings about shared odd dreams and hidden threats. The meeting devolves into accusations and arguments, highlighting their inability to cooperate in the face of a growing crisis. They also realize that Korea has been hiding an incredibly powerful being.
