Synopsis

The chapter opens with a group of heavily armed individuals, seemingly of North Korean origin, initiating a violent bank robbery while claiming to be a beggar. They easily overpower the bank's defense system and cause panic. As their identities as the 'Great Pestilence Syndicate' are revealed, their terrorist nature and willingness to kill without remorse becomes clear. A student recognizes the leader and decides he must stall and attempt to force a one-on-one battle to protect others.
