Synopsis

The chapter opens with a character recently released after causing city-wide destruction. He is immediately confronted by what appears to be a low-level criminal organization who tries to "bargain" for what they want. The main character showcases an incredible 'bargaining' skill, managing to get free drinks, while the others in his party are struggling with basic skills and also experiencing some unusual luck with a new party member, a high-level priest, which they also deem suspicious. The chapter ends with the main character demonstrating his bargaining skills to the rest of his party.
