Synopsis

The chapter opens with the protagonist acquiring the 'Ring of Nikke,' a mythical item that significantly increases luck. The protagonist later uses this to his advantage in a game of rock, paper, scissors. He then formulates a scheme to exploit a regressor by revealing knowledge of his regression's origins in order to gain access to a boss room. The chapter concludes with the protagonist successfully entering the boss room, while the regressor is clearly shocked by the protagonist’s information.
