Synopsis

The chapter opens with the protagonist confronting a man possibly connected to his missing father and the plizin weapon creation. A fight ensues, revealing the enemy's regeneration capabilities which are overcome by sheer strength. Meanwhile, a separate group discusses pushing forward with a resurrection ritual despite ambushes and missing 'cores', and it's revealed they are also concerned about an unknown male variable. The chapter ends with the protagonist and his allies planning a trip to Vulcan, where his father was last headed, after dealing with a late night visit from his daughter.
