Synopsis

The chapter opens with Seol-ah returning to her normal life after being kidnapped, showing no lasting trauma. Simultaneously, Baek Sangmyung is behaving uncharacteristically, prompting questions from his colleagues about his recent change in demeanor and large plirin order. This leads to a tense confrontation where an unknown individual interrogates Baek about the plirin commissioner, revealing Baek's wife's death and ultimately threatening to crush his arm for not cooperating. This interrogation also shows they are aware Lee Seojun is connected to the order.
