Synopsis

The chapter begins with a New Year's visit to the grandparents, highlighting Chaerin's intelligence and her father's concerns about providing her with the right education. The father also discusses the mother's disappearance with his cousin who suggests a detective agency, which makes the father reflect. He later receives a call from the missing mother who reassures him and declares her love for him and their daughter, leading him to a better understanding of why he took his daughter in years ago.
