Synopsis

The chapter begins with the protagonist contemplating escaping after realizing the attack on the princess might be a distraction, but then worries for their friends at the ball. They decide to intervene, revealing a powerful item they possess, the 'Lye of the Pemonic Beast'. The protagonist then directly confronts the terrorists, engaging them in combat and trying to protect the princess, all while trying to avoid causing too much of a scene and planning their next move.
