Synopsis

The chapter opens with the younger brother surprised that his abusive older brother is now his trainer. The older brother, under the direction of their eldest brother, begins a rigorous training regime, including sparring with a spear, pushing the younger brother to his physical limits. Despite the brutal nature of the training, the older brother is secretly impressed by the younger brother's resilience, and seems to care about the well being of the younger brother. The chapter concludes with the eldest brother essentially forcing the second brother to look after the youngest, noting he could see the second brothers soft side.
