Synopsis

The chapter unveils a long-term scheme where a new master takes control of Shanxi province, likely orchestrated by a prominent figure within the Jin family. Jin Tae-Kyung is attacked by assassins disguised as the protectors of the Third Gate, and he must fight them off. He learns that the real protectors have been killed, and the perpetrators are using this as a cover. Jin Tae-Kyung also realizes that the whole unification of the Jin family was a part of this great plan.
