Synopsis

The chapter opens with a group experiencing a premonition of danger, which is quickly realized when they are confronted by the Mount Heng Sword Sect, who are hunting survivors of the Shuozhuo region. Despite the group's lack of experience, the main character takes command, directing them into a defensive formation and planning to use the fight as an opportunity to gain experience. He is motivated by the past loss of his family and a desire to not be useless. The chapter ends with the group preparing for the impending battle.
