Synopsis

The chapter opens with a video of a powerful Lich wreaking havoc in China, prompting the Chinese government to offer an astronomical sum to any hunter who can defeat it. Jin Tae-Kyung receives a scouting offer from China, and while initially hesitant, he's quickly swayed by the massive monetary rewards offered, leading him to accept the mission. While on his way to China, it's revealed that an increased mana distribution rate is making monsters, including the Lich, significantly stronger and more frequent. Despite the serious situation and the potential risks, Jin Tae-Kyung prioritizes sleep and financial transparency before the mission.
