Synopsis

The chapter opens with the Lower District Sect successfully negotiating a deal with the Jin Family of Taiyuan, gaining half of the Mount Heng Sword Sect's stores and control of the red-light district in exchange for refraining from selling Jin family information and gathering war-related intel. After the negotiation, Master Jin is confronted by a woman who seems to know him and his family, causing him to panic. The woman introduces herself as the Shanxi branch leader of the Lower District Sect and reveals that Master Jin's younger brother is a regular patron of her establishment, further complicating the situation and leading to questions about their alliance and profit motives.
