Synopsis

The chapter starts with the protagonist being repeatedly asked to perform the same training exercises by his master, who seems to forget about asking him. It's revealed that the master is experiencing dementia. Despite this, he leads the protagonist to the clan's sacred Scorching Cavern and formally declares him his disciple, entrusting him with the clan's martial arts, despite his own declining health and potential for mistakes due to his illness.
