Synopsis

The chapter opens with a chaotic scene, where Jin Taekyung is confronted with accusations of sexual assault based on witness testimonies, though the evidence is questionable. He is then presented with a 'quest' that forces him to fight a much stronger opponent, a member of the Mount Heng Sword Sect. Declining the quest would mean war for his family and his own exile. Despite trying to avoid the fight, he is pressured into accepting and reveals his true goal is to get their family to withdraw their control over Taiyuan.
