Synopsis

Following a fierce battle where they faced the Devourer, the protagonist, Wooin, grapples with survivor's guilt, lamenting the loss of comrades and feeling inadequate for not being able to prevent it or defeat the Devourer. He is comforted by a colleague from the Black Wolf Knights Order, Barisiq, who encourages his future potential. Meanwhile, Wooin puzzles over why the Devourer didn't kill him when he had the chance, suspecting the monster might have said something during their confrontation, prompting him to want further investigation.
