Synopsis

The protagonist is interrupted from his work by news of a dangerous, newly discovered "impossible dungeon" where junior hunters died. He is also given a powerful skill stone from a previous encounter and learns that large-type monsters are reappearing more frequently. He notices a strange anomaly within a dungeon he investigated alone which no one else can perceive. Finally he is confronted by someone accusing him of burning someone, ending the chapter with a cliffhanger.
