Synopsis

The chapter begins with a scuffle involving a red-haired character and some others before shifting to a negotiation. A group is seeking help to travel through the desert, claiming they are capable despite lacking immunity to poison and water. To prove their value, the youngest member, Beric, is forced to a five-minute fight against a member of the powerful Heavenly Warrior Clan. Despite initial confidence, Beric seems to be losing badly.
