Synopsis

The chapter begins with chatter about Baek Yuseol's surprising victory over a noble. He then attends alchemy class where he finds the standard techniques cumbersome and creates a better potion. Later, he participates in a duel against a student using a unique defensive spell, winning again. His skill and unorthodox methods attract the attention of the Crown Prince, Jeremy, whose interest indicates Baek Yuseol will face political complications and a less comfortable school life.
