Synopsis

A seemingly impossible level 3 monster appears in a small city and is defeated in under five minutes by a newcomer. This display of power stuns witnesses who question the newcomer's origin and strength, especially as he is identified as a freshman. The monster's appearance in a non-combat zone is also considered highly unusual, leading to concerns about conspiracies or further dangerous events. The witnesses decide to report the incident and the powerful student to both the Martial Association and the military, fearing the consequences of his power.
