Synopsis

A group of bandits, led by Ma Guoyun, plans a heist to acquire strategic materials, intending to elevate Ma to the Martial Master rank. The bandit group also includes a notorious and cruel member named Ghost-Faced Vulture. While discussing their plans, they are attacked by law enforcement and an unknown figure who systematically kills some of them, revealing his own past and a lack of remorse for the killings. The bandits appear very ruthless in their pursuit of power and resources.
