Synopsis

Lu Sheng, along with two other top candidates, is given access to the Otherworldly Blood and Marrow pools as rewards for the Morning Star selection. Lu Sheng not only absorbs an entire chamber of the Otherworldly Blood, an unprecedented feat, but also begins absorbing a second chamber. His rapid advancement and high absorption rate leave his peers and superiors in awe, setting him apart as an extraordinary talent. The chapter concludes with a sense of the widening power gap between Lu Sheng and his peers.
