Baek Jinsung, having arrived at the capital city, Hendon Myre, deals with the realization that his inner thoughts have been broadcasted aloud. He also notes his game stats and inventory are altered from what he expects. He enters a tavern for information, where he encounters fellow users and a quest, leading him to a checkpoint. Unable to pay the entrance fee, he fabricates a story about a friend suffering from a fictional syndrome to gain Linus' sympathy and money.
The protagonist, Baek Jinsung, arrives at Hendon Myre, the capital, after realizing he's been broadcasting his internal monologue and discovers his in-game stats are messed up. He then manipulates an NPC for the entrance fee using a fake sob story.
