Synopsis

The chapter opens with Blue Dragon Tower students, known for being slow to adapt, selling food at inflated prices, seemingly as a first "challenge". The headmaster of the academy then introduces a mandatory personality education class, revealing that it's not for the students' benefit, but to prevent him from being punished for issues caused by past graduates who are often nobles. He forces them to recite an oath to not harm ordinary people with their magic, concluding with a cliffhanger on whether or not it worked.
