Synopsis

The chapter reveals the headmaster's true intentions: to prevent student escape by framing a difficult homework assignment as a helpful gesture. Wardenas, initially unseen, displays a powerful new water magic technique. He then tasks students with finding 'trip tickets' before he and other students mysteriously vanish at the lake. The remaining students are wary of the headmaster's potential involvement and want to resolve things on their own.
