Synopsis

The chapter establishes the setting of the Kingdom of Teslan and introduces Dietrich Herman, the problematic heir of a powerful Marquis family, known for his past misdeeds and hedonistic lifestyle. He targets Thanos, a commoner student, at the academy, leading to physical abuse and escalating to a magical attack when Thanos fights back. The conflict intensifies, and a large-scale magic explosion ensues, putting both Thanos and others in danger. It concludes with someone commenting that the thugs are trying to destroy the hall.
