Synopsis

The chapter focuses on the protagonist's confrontation with a powerful figure, during which he reveals surprisingly accurate knowledge about the clandestine use of dragon blood and bone in experiments, as well as the past political landscape of the Tulcan Empire. He uses this information as leverage to demand two unusual favors, a mansion near the academy, and acceptance of a new student in the second semester. He also makes a claim that he is the benefactor of a girl waiting outside whom he calls his 'Daddy Long-legs'.
