Synopsis

The chapter opens with Mang Ryo revealing his role in informing Baekli Kwon of the Valiant Phoenix's killer's location. He exposes his betrayal of his sect leader, Lee Baek, and clarifies his own motives which are separate from Lee Baek's. The 'Poison Cripple' is engaged in a fierce battle using poison and underhanded tactics. The battle escalates when it is revealed that the cripple has poisoned his opponent, leading to a seemingly inescapable situation that culminates in an unexpected savior.
