Synopsis

A subordinate, Advisor Mang, disrespects his leader, prompting calls for his immediate punishment. However, the leader, recognizing Mang's continued utility, forgives him, comparing him to a piece on a Xiangqi board. The leader then outlines his true ambition, not just a leadership position in war, but global domination, promising to reward loyal followers. The chapter ends with the leader focusing on a specific individual who has allowed him to unlock more of his power and new fighting techniques which are somehow related to a past fight where he used a splitting arrow technique. He is heading towards a location that seems to be the final step on his path of revenge.
